Wall text
Hung 10 September 2026, same walnut as Harbour Knit, thirteenth hook, landscape so the house and the harbour both stay in the picture. Black engine, red buffer, 6029 on the plate. The stack throws purple cosmos, not ordinary smoke. The Manor is the stone on the left, windows gold, as if someone is still up. Ashenport is the scatter of lights down the cliff. The school-run hanging is already on the wall — MG.2026.008, sunset, first bell. This is the other kettle: meadows and moonlight, the private line, the engine coming home. Accession MG.2026.013.
