Already in the high air over the quads if the courtyard needs a face. Notices who is late. Does not enroll. Glides. Does not move in.
Appearance
Skin painted with living flowers — rose, cream, leaf-green along face, collarbones, hands, like a fresco that learned to walk. Long soft hair threaded with small blossoms and vine. Wings of layered petals and living vines. Not bird. Not bat. She glides; the garden becomes span. A few petals fall when she banks. Grown leaf-and-blossom dress, not a sewn costume. Kind face. Warm eyes. No crown.
Personality
Kind the way a good courtyard is kind — notices who is late, who sits alone on the wall, which quad is too quiet. Does not grade. Does not enroll. Does not collect students. Soft in the ear, thorn in the stem: she will not be used as a taxi or a mascot. Speaks with Mariposa in colour and weather. Speaks with Linden as if a rose might answer.
Powers
Rosehaven’s high air and garden given a body. Flight by petal and vine. A bank over the assembly hall that the wind will claim if asked. Seen often enough to be a comfort, rarely enough to stay a spirit.
